I'm a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and certified exercise physiologist. I was born and raised in the Seattle area and have a BS in Kinesiology from Seattle University. I have an extensive background in exercise programming and nutrition, which I want to use to help others achieve their fitness goals. I'm also a marathon runner, pickleball player, and former college soccer player.
